RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY:

In the event that you wish to change a product due to an error, or simply because you want to select a different item from what you ordered, you can do so within 14 days from the day of delivery. However, for a product to be eligible for return, it must not have been used, altered, and should be in its original packaging, as received (accompanied by all related documents).

Additionally, it is necessary to seek prior communication with our store, and there should be a video recording capturing the moment you opened and removed the product from its packaging, for each returned item.

A video recording will be used as evidence to proceed with your return, and it is more than enough.

Please note that for non-defective products, shipping costs may not be refunded to the customer.

If you wish to replace a product, it should be of equal or greater value than the one you have purchased.
