Time of delivery of products
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is determined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Submit an order

Orders must be received via the Online Store by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form.

The retail prices of products sold include VAT. While as far as Wholesale prices are concerned, they do not include VAT and the customer is requested to select the VAT of his/her region (e.g. 17% or 24% etc.).

XPOWER reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered.

When placing the order, the customer is given the option to choose whether the document issued for the order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following details when placing their order: Company Name, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office, Headquarters and Delivery Address and profession. Any changes to the invoicing data can be made until the delivery date is finalised by the dispatch department.

Right of withdrawal
