RETURN METHODS

In case you want to change a product due to an error or because you want a different product from the one you ordered, you can do so within 14 days from the day of delivery. However, in order to be able to return any product, it must be unused, unaltered and in its packaging, as received (accompanied by all the documents).
Also necessary for the return of any product should have been previously communicated with the store and there must be a video that has recorded the product at the time you open and remove it from its packaging.

Please note that in Non Defective Product Shipping Costs are not refundable to the Customer
